TuuliWatti, the wind power producer owned in equal shares by St1 Nordic Oy and S-Voima, has demerged into two companies. S-Voima will continue wind power production in its own company Gigawatti Oy. St1 has sold its wind power production capacity to Exilion Tuuli Ky. St1 will continue to operate the whole wind power capacity of the demerged company on the owners’ behalf.
